What a great store. First time visiting. They fit me and helped me find some great shoes based on what I asked for. I haven't had service like that in a long time!
They are always pleasant, but they never seem to have inventory. They are local, so I always try there first. However, I think I am going to purchase online from now on.

Erik was exceptionally friendly and helpful! He was so pleasant on the phone when I called for information, and gave me all the details I needed on product availability. When I came in, he had the shoes I wanted, in my size, ready for me to try on… along with a few other comparable pairs for me to test out. He is extremely knowledgeable about their products and his attention to detail is second to none. His positive energy was so vibrant that I left the store feeling refreshed and renewed. Walked in and apparently the store was closed. Extremely extremely rude guy with an attitude asked us to leave. Total A**hole for no reason. Just be nice about letting people know the store is closed. The associate lady who was in there who actually greeted us looked pretty shocked at his approach toward us.
Well me and my family went here today to get my wife new sneakers and we were hoping that the employee Eric was working and found out he no longer works there anymore well after that 2 of there employees treated us like trash and mind you we have been going to this place for years well they just lost us as customers
